Winter Pool Care Tips

Caring for your pool in the winter might seem silly, but it’s 100% necessary. After a long winter, you don’t want to open your pool to realize it’s damaged due to lack of care. You want to be able to take a dip on that first hot, summer day and enjoy yourself. We have some suggestions to make this your reality! Check out these winter tips to make sure that your pool is in tip-top shape for when the warmer weather returns. Winter pool care tips that will set you up for success!  Remove all water from your pool, ideally before freezing temperatures arrive. If there is any excess water left in the pool during the harsh winter months, the pipes could crack. You certainly do not want to have to deal with cracked pipes. We recommend using a shop vac or a sump pump. Taking preventative steps here is worth the time and money to save time and money in the long run.  Find a properly fitted safety cover for your pool. You want a quality cover that is created for the pool of the type and
